The Internet has completed its infancy state; the question is can we rare the child properly. The advent of faster, cheaper computers and greater bandwidth have seen and allowed e-commerce to resume business from a rocky start. It is factual that both Insurance and Mortgage Applications have been sourced through the Internet and finalized with email phone calls and e-law in tow when and if any one would dare to question the validity of a real online consumer.
Mutual Funds Canada and the Mutual Funds Online portal look to fill the gap by always working closely with the 'advisor channel' and recognizes that all financial products are sold and qualified sales representatives sell them with advice and consultation and usually for commission and not always fee based. Some of the larges Mutual Fund Companies in the United States are currently trying to get and succeeding at new sales direct to the consumer; it is well documented, but is it a passing fade that will go away or just the beginning of the brave new world.
Mutual Funds Online looks to provide information and education for clients, advisors, school children and the general public…in effect working closely with and within the Mutual Fund Industry providing public service and sales and marketing opportunities and referrals for advice and advisors.
